One address, read by the person who wrote the code: support@ocrsnip.com. There is no form on this page, because a form with nothing behind it is a way of looking available without being it.
This is the most useful letter you can send, and the one thing to know before writing it: your document never reached us. It was read inside your own browser, so there is no copy here to look at. What helps instead:
Please do not send a real statement. We cannot stop you, but there is nothing here that needs it, and the whole site is built so that nobody has to trust us with one.
Payments are handled by Paddle, which is the merchant of record — the charge on your card is theirs, and so is the receipt. Write here about anything to do with a pass that did not arrive or a charge you do not recognise, and include the email address you paid with. The refund policy is 30 days, no reason required; the pricing page says exactly what the pass covers.
For a VAT invoice, a company name on the receipt or a payment question that is Paddle's rather than ours, their own support reaches them directly and faster.
Requests shape what gets built next, and the ones that arrive with a document attached — again, with the numbers replaced — are the ones that get built first. The site is small on purpose: each tool does one job, and a request that fits that shape has a real chance of appearing within a week or two.
A person answers, usually within a working day, and that person is a human being in one time zone rather than a rota — a weekend may take longer. There are no ticket numbers and no chatbot in between. If a reply has not arrived in two working days, send the message again: mail does occasionally go astray in both directions.
The legal name, the registered address and the terms you accept by using the site are on the terms page. What the site stores about a visit — and what it cannot store, which is your documents — is on the privacy page. The reasoning behind both is on the about page.
